  • Sun 2/11 at Wissahickon High School. Final Fireside Frostbite practice. Miserable weather couldn't deter these runners!!

  • Thurs 2/8 at NWRC: Excellent post parade run. Everyone was protected from the winter chill with their GORE-TEX® wear test shoes! Thanks to Matt for demos! New runners: Scott, Prinee and Kelly.
  • Tues 2/6 at NWRC: Sweet turnout for a nice Pizza victory run! Thanks to Joanna for giving us awesome information about nutrition post run! Welcome to Anthony and Alex.
