AARC End of Summer Cookout 2024

It's Time to Get Together for this Club-Favorite Party!​

The End-of-Summer Cookout is a long-lasting tradition at AARC. 

Join friends, old and new, as we catch up, laugh, eat, and run! We always have a great time! 

Food: The usual mix of delicious grilled and baked goodies for all tastes and needs (all provided by the club and eager attendees).

Bring your "specialty dish" to share if you wish - use the Sign Up Genius link to indicate what you are bringing, so we can avoid duplicates :-)

Beverages: The club will provide non-alcoholic beverages

BYOB: You may bring your own beer, coolers and/or wine in cans or boxes, but glass is not allowed. 

The park offers a volleyball court, horseshoes, playing fields and a kids' playground.

Please be sure to Register/RSVP.  If we go above a certain number without informing the park ahead of time, the club will be fined. We can avoid a fine by adjusting our attendance number and payment before the event.
