  • Sun, 1/11, at Wissahickon HS. Frostbite practice run. This group is not afraid of 16-degree weather!! 48 days until the race.
  • Sat. 1/10 @ Starbucks
  • Sat. 1/3 @ Starbucks
  • Thurs 1/8 at NWRC: Bitter cold night. Brave souls: John, Heather, Paul, Griff and Simon (new).
  • Tues 1/6 @ NWRC: welcome to Andrew and Danielle from PTW who performed range of motion testing on runners. Cold and snow did not stop this crew. Steve had a fog problem.
