It's Time to Get Together for this Club-Favorite Summer Soiree!

The End-of-Summer Cookout is a cherished tradition at AARC, bringing our community together year after year. Note the new location this year at Peace Valley Park.

Join friends, old and new, to catch up, laugh, eat, and talk about running, among other topics and also about running. We always have a great time!

Food: The usual mix of delicious grilled and baked goodies for all tastes and needs (all provided by the club and eager attendees).

Beverages: The club will provide non-alcoholic beverages

BYOB: You may bring your own beer, coolers, and/or wine in cans or boxes, because glass is not allowed.

October Traveling Fun Run - Doylestown Borough (03 Oct 2026)

The October Traveling Fun Run is in Doylestown Borough. A rolling 5-6 mile jaunt through the Borough as well as the Del Val campus. Easily extended for anyone so inclined (and hopefully not racing the Delco 10M on the next day).

Starting location: Doylestown Train Station parking lot.
Breakfast to follow at Wheat & Vine

Pumpkin Spice Traveling Fun Run (14 Nov 2026)

Join AARC for the Pumpkin Spice Traveling Fun Run....a nice mix of pavement, wooded dirt trail, and open meadows to enjoy the fall foliage while running over 7 various types of bridges. The course will be clearly marked with 4 or 6 mile options. There is plenty of parking available at the park. After the run join us for coffee and bagels at Spread Bagelry (40 Skippack Pike. Ambler, PA 19002).

Traveling Fun Run on the Crossways Trail (05 Dec 2026)

Explore the Crossways Trail and discover a path that winds through meadows and woods, offering a peaceful escape into nature. The trail is mostly flat. We will meet at Tous les Jours in Blue Bell, 700 DeKalb Pk, Blue Bell (The Shoppes at Village Square) and take a path that leads to the MontCo campus, then to the crossways trail.

December Traveling Fun Run on New Years Eve Morning (12/31) (31 Dec 2026)

Here's an opportunity to get some final miles into your 2026 running logs. This will be our 18th annual traveling fun run on New Year's Eve morning. Run the 1 mile loop as many times as you like. Like all of our traveling fun runs, there will be hot and cold beverages and plenty of food options to fuel your run and feed your recovery. If trail conditions are too sloppy or icy we'll run an alternate course through Upper Dublin neighborhoods.

Meet at 8 AM by the main pavilion (between the playground and basketball courts) at Mondauk commons. Mondauk Common Park is at 1451 Dillon Rd, Ambler, PA 19002 (Upper Dublin Twp.)
